Today was 15 years without her.. All because ONE PERSON could NOT pick up the phone for a ride home! Not only did he drink and drive. ... He left her there ... Lucky for us there was someone behind him to follow...

To those TWO ANGELS that helped her that night..

To all the police, fire deptment , and especially all her friends that helped us through.

AND to all my FAMILY.. for without you i couldn't have made it...

BUT MOSTYLY to you mom... I love you with all my heart and i miss you so much to this day! I know you are here with me always and i cherish the day we are together again:)

My Mommy

Well for those of you that know me and my family history.. October is the month that my mom died in 29 Palms! It will be 15 years already on the 9th! I cant believe its been so long! I found this picture of her this weekend and OMG.. what a cute little girl on the pony! Gosh.. I miss her soooo! But i know that shes in a better place and is always helping me along... But I couldn't write this if i didn't include some preaching..

PEOPLE... please... DO NOT .. Drink and DRIVE.. My mother was killed by a marine coming home from the bowling alley that night.. He was coming home from the stumps and hit her crossing the street and then fled ...... Just left her there.. because she was so small .. she died instantly... I heard from the police that one more step and she would have been out of harms way...

But had this person not been drinking and driving maybe she would still be her today so i could give her a great big hug and a kiss and let her know who much i love her!!!!

So .. as the holiday season is upon us.. Just remember!! NO drinking and driving!! Because I love you all and because I wouldn't want any of your family members to ever have to go through something like this...

And to those of you locally.. Remember every day I offer free rides home (and some of you know this..lol) NO MATTER what time of day it is or what holiday it is!!!!

I was sitting here thinking that its been almost SEVEN or more years since i have seen you...I miss you so much.. When do you think you will be coming? If you don't come soon i will fly you here... I can't wait anymore.. its not fair! Its cheaper for me to fly you here than for me to drive the kids there... with gas and stops and hotels.. and food... Anyway, I need you and a hug.. Please! I was sitting here thinking ITS ALMOST CHRISTMAS!!! UGH! LOL.. And every year i always say im going to get a big start on it.....LOL Here we are in Sept. already and NO start yet...LMAO!! Opps....

The MOVE......Closing all old Chapters!!!

Well the move was a total disaster ... However.. we are almost done and THANK GOD!!!! What a mess.. but both the kids were a big help and like i said we are almost done... And i love it.. The A/C actually turns off!!! Which will be a nice change from my old place :) So .. we close a door on Two old chapters now.. and time to start a new!!! First a job and then... The bod!! LOL.. Time to throw myself back in the game.. I think two years is long enough ..Dont you? Cant wait! Well to all that is reading .. now that i have time my entrys will be more and less inbetween ;) Love you guys!! Take care..

Bedrest SUCKS

Yay... Eddie you made it! Its offical a second follower! Well Im writting from the laptop today in hospitalville! Im thinking that GOD has a serious sense of humor with me! However... Maybe i get to go home tomorrow! Or even today..

On a lighter note.. WE are finally moving out of scorpian land! I cant wait.. we are moving the first of the month and not very far!!! lol... Just up stairs across the walk way :) But they will have to walk further to visit me...

Schools back in.......................

I woke up so happy today... Just knowing that school is about to be back in ....its just... A little piece of heaven...

The Little Things...

As we all get busy with the everyday life thing... we tend to forget the little things in life .. The things that actually make our lives what they are. From little people in our lives to little things. Today.. i got new fish :) I was sooo happy. I got a phone call from a friend and I wished him Happy Birthday. I met a new neighbor. My BFF didn't get a ticket today and Charlotte found a cash reward that had been missing.. I had a great friday night DJ Dana and I was amazed again by a dinner with the Hatchers.... and last ... I got my toes painted pink...LOL... the little things that make us who we are and the little things that make us happy. Remember to do them! Remember to smile :)

What if... WE changed the world 2 seconds at a time!

I saw a movie once.. that had a little boy in it and his main goal for a project was to pass it on. If you could do one thing nice for someone and tell them to pass it on and they did one thing nice for someone and they passed it on..... think of what everone could do just by doing one thing nice a day? I try to practice this rule as much as i can. Just the otherday.... i was at the grocery store and i saw a man with whom i would think was his grandpa. They were so flustered because they couldn't find the water. It took 2 seconds for me to point it out to them and they went from upset to happy in about the same amount of time. Can you imagine what YOU could do for someone in 2seconds?????????????? Changing the world 2 seconds at a time.... wouldn't it be a nicer place to live!
